Andrew Klein
Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Andy is a former securities lawyer who in 1996 founded investment bank Wit Capital Group (currently SoundView Technology Group) after engineering the world’s first-ever online public stock offering and the first premium online forex broker. He received his law degree from Harvard Law School. Andy and his wife have three little girls.
Bob Stellato
Founder, Vice Chairman and Senior Executive Vice President. Bob spent 26 years at Goldman Sachs where he served as a managing director and built what is widely recognized as the industry’s best Nasdaq institutional sales business. Most recently, he was senior vice president and head of global institutional sales for Knight Securities. Bob graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland, and obtained his graduate degree from Long Island University. He lives on Long Island with his wife and has two daughters.
Paul Spillane
President, Head of Research Activities. Paul has been in the securities industry for over 20 years. He started his career at Goldman Sachs where he sold fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, futures, and options products. Subsequently, he worked at Deutsche Bank as a managing director and senior member of the executive team responsible for building the global equities businesses. Most recently, he was responsible for establishing Deutsche Bank’s Global Relationship Management program. Paul graduated from Colby College and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. Prior to his career in financial services, Paul was a professional baseball player for three years. He lives in Connecticut and has three children.
Ken Dengler
Senior Executive Vice President, Head of Trading and Sales Trading. Ken has been an equities sales trader for 22 years. After starting his career at J&W Seligman, Ken worked at Goldman Sachs and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he managed Nasdaq sales trading. Most recently, he was a managing director in Nasdaq sales trading at Deutsche Bank. Ken graduated from Middlebury College and received an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Ken has two sons and lives in Sleepy Hollow, New York.
Jennifer Fleissner
Chief Financial Officer. After starting her career in the financial markets group at Arthur Andersen, Jennifer worked at publicly traded SoundView Technology Group as the corporate controller and, most recently, as the chief financial officer.
Mary Owen
Chief Compliance Officer. Mary has been a compliance officer since 1978, originally at Goldman Sachs. Most recently, she was the Director of Compliance at Deutsche Bank Americas and recently completed her tenure as the Chair of the Securities Industry & Regulatory Council on Continuing Education. She and her husband live in New Jersey and have three children.
